Everforth ECS Federal is seeking a Mid-Level Network Engineer to support a mission-focused federal IT program in Washington DC.

The Network Engineer will support the design, implementation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise network infrastructure in a secure federal environment. This includes support for routers, switches, firewalls, wireless infrastructure, load balancers, VPNs, network monitoring tools, and related technologies that enable reliable and secure mission operations.
This role supports day-to-day network operations, system availability, performance monitoring, vulnerability remediation, configuration management, lifecycle activities, and technical documentation. The Network Engineer will assist with network deployments, patching, tuning, troubleshooting, incident response, change management, and compliance activities to help ensure secure, reliable, and compliant operations across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical professional with experience supporting enterprise networks, resolving network issues, maintaining secure configurations, and working collaboratively with systems, cybersecurity, service desk, and customer teams in a fast-paced federal IT environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum 5 years network engineering experience
