Als Network Engineer L3 sind Sie verantwortlich für die Planung, Implementierung und den Betrieb komplexer WLAN-Infrastrukturen sowie die Bereitstellung von Managed Networking Services für unsere Kunden. Sie agieren als technischer Experte für drahtlose Netzwerke und unterstützen den Betrieb in hochverfügbaren Enterprise-Umgebungen.

Hauptaufgaben:

• Design, Konfiguration und Wartung von WLAN-Netzwerken (Access Points, Controller, SSID-Management).

• Implementierung und Betrieb von Managed Networking Services (LAN/WLAN), inkl. Monitoring, Incident- und Change-Management.

• Analyse und Behebung von Netzwerkproblemen auf L3-Ebene (Routing, Switching, Wireless).

• Zusammenarbeit mit Service Management und Kunden zur Sicherstellung von SLAs.

• Dokumentation von Netzwerkdesigns, WLAN-Heatmaps und Übergabeprozessen.

• Unterstützung bei Migrationen und Rollouts für WLAN- und Managed Services-Projekte.

• Sicherstellung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien (802.1X, WPA3, Privileged Access Management).

Erforderliche Kenntnisse & Fähigkeiten:

• Wireless-Technologien: WLAN-Standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF-Design, Roaming, QoS.

• Netzwerkprotokolle: VLAN, STP, Routing-Protokolle (OSPF, BGP).

• Technologien: Cisco Wireless (Catalyst, Meraki), LAN/WLAN Controller.

• Managed Services Tools: ServiceNow, ITSM-Integration

• Security: 802.1X, NAC, Netzwerksegmentierung.

• Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (fließend).

Erforderliche Zertifizierungen:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Enterprise Wireless)

• ITIL Foundation (für Managed Services Prozesse)
