About the Role
- Responsible for the deployment, configuration, and end-to-end management of the company's network, firewall, and load balancer infrastructure.
- Maintain a 7/24 high-availability, low-latency, and highly secure environment (PCI-DSS compliant) capable of handling high-volume financial transactions.
- Optimize application traffic using load balancing configurations and design redundant, high-availability (HA) architectures.
- Rapidly respond to network issues and security incidents, perform root cause analyses (RCA), and proactively harden the infrastructure against emerging threats.
Qualities We Are Looking For
- Deep theoretical and practical foundation in switching, routing, TCP/IP protocols, VPNs, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-grade firewalls, rule management, NAT, IPS/IDS, and security policy design.
- Experience in L4/L7 load balancing
- Prior experience in fintech, banking, or managing high-traffic, mission-critical environments is a plus.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues efficiently.
Skills Required
