Work Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (weekends and evenings as needed)

Summary: The IT Network Analyst I, will report to the IT Manager, under the guidance of the IT Manager / Director configure, monitor, and maintain all ARCHSA IT responsible WI-FI access points and Wi-Fi Network administration, overseeing Network Vendors for network infrastructure, and cabling. Monitor and review network and firewall logs for anomalies and potential vulnerabilities.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
• *Provide hands-on troubleshooting support to end users for network issues.
• *Responsible for the, monitoring of the Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls and VPN for the Pastoral Ministry Center and its external agencies supported by the IT Office of the Archdiocese of San Antonio.
• *Perform periodic audits to the Network, analyze results increase the security and performance of the network.
• * Configure, monitor, and maintain all ARCHSA IT responsible WI-FI access points and Wi-Fi Network administration
• Overseeing 3rd party connections and working directly with vendors and MSP’s.
• Collaborate with other IT Team members.
• Managing, monitoring and reporting KPIs (Key Process Indicators) for the Antivirus solution.
• Keep records of all end users’ requests.
• Support the System Technician with Server OS, VMWare, and Active Directory administration, as needed.
• Standardization and documentation of duties and continues improvement.
• Periodically report project status, incidents to the management team and other team members.
• Adhering to safety training and protocols on a daily basis and taking precautionary measure to ensure the safety and well-being of self, others.
• Responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any information or material obtained in the service with the organization to include but not limited to client names and information, services rendered to clients, donors names and gifts, internal and external investigations or results of any investigations, and financial information.
• Adherence to the Code of Conduct and the Faith and Moral Policy is mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science preferred
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supporting Network infrastructure such LAN, WLAN and Firewalls.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting VPN configuration
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience administrating IP Phone system.
License and Credentials:
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver license
• Valid vehicle insurance
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
• understanding of Cisco, or similar enterprise/commercial, network devices
• understanding of on Cisco, or similar enterprise/commercial, network devices
• working knowledge on commercial Wireless Access Points and Firewall configuration.
• understanding of VPN configuration.
• understanding of Cyber Security best practices.
• Working administrative knowledge of MS Azure / O365 infrastructure
• Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team.
• Must have good written and verbal skills.
• Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Travel requirements for the position includes 15 % local in San Antonio Area.
Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting network infrastructure (LAN, WLAN, Firewalls)
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting VPN configuration
- Minimum 1 year experience administrating IP Phone system
- Understanding of Cisco or similar enterprise network devices
- Working knowledge of commercial Wireless Access Points and Firewall configuration
- Understanding of Cyber Security best practices
- Working administrative knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Office 365
- Experience managing, monitoring, and reporting antivirus KPIs
