As a Level 2 Network Administrator at Datadog, you’ll play a key role in supporting and scaling our office network infrastructure across global locations. You’ll be responsible for maintaining reliable and secure LAN/WLAN connectivity, managing Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist environments, and responding to escalated network issues. This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise in cloud-managed networking while contributing to automation, documentation, and long-term infrastructure planning.

What You’ll Do:
- Provision, configure, and support network hardware such as switches, access points, and security appliances via Meraki Dashboard and Mist Cloud.
- Monitor and maintain office network infrastructure across multiple locations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist environments.
- Perform network health checks and optimize performance, including firmware updates, policy tuning, and wireless coverage analysis using Meraki and Mist tools.
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of experience managing enterprise LAN/WLAN networks using Cisco Meraki and Juniper Mist platforms, including configuration and troubleshooting via their cloud dashboards.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and routing protocols.
- Working knowledge of network security best practices, such as segmentation, firewall rules, and device access controls.
- Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
