Network Monitoring & Reporting & Maintenance
- Monitor wired and wireless networks for availability and performance.
- Document and escalate unusual activity or outages to senior staff.
- Perform firmware updates and basic device checks under supervision.
- Follow established SOPs for changes and maintenance.
- Generate and review basic network performance reports.
Client Support
- Provide first-level client support for event-related networking needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve routine connectivity issues.
- Escalate configuration or design-level issues to senior staff.

Qualifications Education Required Associates or better. Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN) and other common network concepts. Exposure to routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems (coursework, labs, or entry-level work). Familiarity with device operating systems (e.g., Cisco IOS, HPE ArubaOS). Through coursework or entry-level tasks Preferred Experience supporting and monitoring network devices, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems through coursework or entry-level experience.
