As a NetSuite Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining customizations within our NetSuite ERP environment. You’ll work at the intersection of technology and business operations, translating complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions. This role requires strong technical skills, a deep understanding of NetSuite’s ecosystem, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining NetSuite customizations, including SuiteScripts, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and saved searches
- Designing and implementing custom workflows, forms, records, and reports to meet evolving business needs
- Integrating NetSuite with third-party platforms and internal systems via RESTlets and web services
- Partnering with Finance, Operations, and other business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing scripts and workflows to ensure system stability and performance
- Documenting technical solutions, configurations, and best practices to support long-term maintainability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite development, including SuiteScript 2.0 and SuiteFlow
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules such as Financials, Order Management, and CRM
- Experience with REST/SOAP web services and third-party integrations
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
- Advanced/Fluent English

- NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Administrator certification
- Experience with other ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle
