NetSuite 開發工程師（NetSuite Developer）

本職位常駐於台灣，支援美國總部的 NetSuite 系統開發、整合與維運。負責公司 NetSuite 與整合第三方系統的功能強化、日常操作、客製化與維護，並處理內部 IT 技術支援需求。此職位也將參與其他企業應用程式（如 Office 365）與 NetSuite 的整合作業。

【主要工作內容】

• 負責 NetSuite 系統的日常管理與維護

• 根據需求開發與強化 NetSuite 功能以優化業務流程

• 熟悉 NetSuite API（REST API、SuiteTalk、RESTlet），負責系統間資料整合

• 開發與整合 NetSuite 與其他第三方平台（如 CRM、電商、財務系統）

• 撰寫與部署 SuiteScript（Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelets, RESTlets）

• 撰寫 Saved Searches、客製報表與儀表板

• 管理與更新 NetSuite Custom Records、Forms、Fields、Roles

• 設計與維護自動化流程與外部 Web 表單

• 撰寫清晰的技術文件與流程圖

• 常有出差需求, 與和美國夜間concall 討論需求

【必要條件】

• 熟悉 JavaScript、HTML、CSS，具前端開發經驗

• 熟悉 jQuery、JSON、AJAX、XML 等前端資料傳輸技術

• 具備 NetSuite API 整合開發經驗（REST API、SuiteTalk、RESTlet）

• 優秀的英文溝通與文件撰寫能力

【加分條件】

• 熟悉 SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1

• 熟悉 NetSuite SuiteBuilder 與系統管理

• 有 .NET（VB.NET / C#）開發經驗者佳

• 具備 ERP 系統整合與跨平台資料對接實務經驗

【學歷與經歷】

• 資訊工程、軟體相關學系學士以上，或具同等工作經驗

• 具 3–6 年以上 NetSuite 開發實務經驗, 能獨立開發Netsuite

Job Summary

This position is based in Taiwan and supports the U.S. team in developing, integrating, and maintaining the NetSuite system. The role is responsible for customizing, enhancing, operating, and maintaining NetSuite and its third-party integrations, as well as resolving IT support tickets. The position will also contribute to integration efforts with other enterprise tools such as Office 365.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily administration and maintenance of NetSuite

• Develop and enhance NetSuite features to streamline business processes

• Work with NetSuite APIs (REST API, SuiteTalk, RESTlet) to build system integrations

• Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms such as CRM, eCommerce, or accounting systems

• Develop and deploy SuiteScript (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Suitelets, RESTlets)

• Build and maintain Saved Searches, custom reports, and dashboards

• Manage custom records, fields, forms, and user roles within NetSuite

• Design and maintain email automation and external-facing web forms

• Write technical documentation and process flow diagrams

• Conduct QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS with front-end development experience

• Familiar with jQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML and data transfer technologies

• Experience with NetSuite integration technologies: REST API, SuiteTalk, RESTlet

• Strong English communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 / 2.0 / 2.1

• Familiarity with NetSuite SuiteBuilder and system administration

• Background in .NET development (VB.NET or C#) is a plus

• Hands-on experience in ERP and cross-platform integrations

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on NetSuite development experience preferred
