What you'll be doing:
- Support and optimize end-to-end business processes across:
- Contribute to the improvement of:
- Ensure financial and transactional accuracy, including:
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Finance and Technology teams to ensure alignment between business needs and ERP capabilities.
- Ensure consistency and proper alignment between:
- Support process standardization, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to have:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on Netsuite functional experience is required.
- Netsuite Certification is strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
- Strong experience supporting Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance processes.
- Solid understanding of ERP transaction flows and financial impact.
- Experience working in multi-subsidiary and multi-book environments.
- Strong knowledge of SuiteQL, saved searches, workflows, and roles and permissions.
- Comfortable working in operationally complex and finance-driven environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently.
- High attention to detail with focus on data accuracy and process integrity.
- Good understanding of ERP data structures and how data supports reporting and analytics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business, finance and technical teams.
What we would love to see:
- Experience with ERP integrations, APIs and middleware.
- Experience supporting analytics or data platforms.
- Experience in high-growth or international environments.
- Additional Netsuite certifications.
