This role is responsible for optimizing, automating, and scaling a NetSuite environment while supporting broader IT systems administration. The NetSuite Consultant will act as a key technical partner across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure systems are efficient, secure, and scalable.
This is a full-time, fully remote role, aligned with US-based teams, with immediate start availability.Key Responsibilities
NetSuite Administration & Process Automation
- Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite modules (Finance, Operations, Inventory, CRM, etc.)
- Analyze workflows and design automation to improve accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and reports to improve business visibility
- Configure custom fields, records, workflows, and system logic
- Manage and support integrations with third-party tools (HRIS, CRM, supply chain platforms, etc.)
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing NetSuite support
- Oversee day-to-day system administration, access management, and issue resolution
- Provide remote IT support for employees, including hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ensure proper configuration and maintenance of laptops, workstations, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user access and licenses across core business systems, including:
- Company email accounts
- NetSuite user roles and permissions
- HubSpot licenses and access
- WebEx accounts and permissions
- Partner with leadership on technology needs assessments and system upgrades
- Support the transition toward more centralized, scalable IT management practices
- Support system security best practices and access controls
- Manage user roles and permissions across systems
- Assist with endpoint protection, phishing safeguards, and vulnerability management
- Support IT audits, risk assessments, and business continuity planning
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of NetSuite administration, configuration, and optimization experience
- Experience supporting NetSuite integrations via APIs or middleware
- Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, reporting, and customization
- Hands-on IT systems support experience, including user access and license management
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and access control best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- SuiteScript or advanced NetSuite customization experience
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, Suite Foundation)
- Experience with supply chain, logistics, or ERP integrations
- Familiarity with HubSpot data models and best practices
- Experience with BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
