As a SharePoint Administrator, you will oversee the management and optimization of SharePoint environments, ensuring seamless functionality and governance compliance. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with infrastructure and business teams to design technical solutions, and support related applications such as OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform. Additionally, you will conduct regular audits, manage user permissions, and implement best practices to enhance SharePoint efficiency and security.
Responsibilities:
•This role requires SME skills in SharePoint and its related applications, such as OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate them to level 3 support as needed.
•Regular auditing of SharePoint environments identifying and reporting of governance violations.
•Work with the core infrastructure, development, and business teams to identify requirements and design technical solutions that are based on documented best practices for the SharePoint platform.
•Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
•Managing SharePoint Online including web applications, site collections, sites, lists, libraries, and user permissions
•SharePoint 2019 – working knowledge of central administration, PowerShell administration modules, STSADM. Core site template and web part functionality
•Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network, and directory services
• Familiarity with Data/Statistical analysis techniques and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer programming, Information Systems or similar field, or equivalent work experience in a computer-related field
• Experience with supporting OneDrive
• Experience with Power Platform
• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Familiarity with accounting and business services environment
• Previous experience as a consultant
