NetSuite Architect – JD
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Architect to lead the design, configuration, customization, and integration of NetSuite ERP across Finance, Supply Chain,
and Logistics. The role requires deep SuiteCloud expertise, strong solution architecture skills, and the ability to convert business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall architecture of NetSuite ERP and guide solution design across core business functions.
- Design and develop customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
- Architect integrations between NetSuite and external systems such as warehouse systems, financial planning tools, CRM, and reporting platforms using APIs, web services,
or integration frameworks.
- Lead data migration activities, including data modelling, cleansing, mapping, and validation.
- Partner with business and technical teams to enhance O2C, P2P, Inventory, Fulfilment, and related workflows.
- Drive ERP roadmap planning, version upgrades, and adoption of best practices for performance, security, and compliance.
Core Skills
- Advanced NetSuite SuiteCloud expertise: scripting, workflows, custom records, saved searches, dashboards.
- Strong integration design: API-based integrations, data exchange patterns, system interoperability.
- ERP domain knowledge: Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, Order Management.
- Data skills: ETL processes, data migration, master data governance, reporting and analytics.
- Architectural leadership: solution design, documentation, review of technical work, guiding developers.
- Business understanding: ability to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise applications, with at least 5+ years in NetSuite technical or architectural roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in SuiteScript and NetSuite customization.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or supply-chain-related organizations preferred.
- Relevant NetSuite certifications are preferred and will be considered an added advantage.
