What you’ll be working on
As a NetSuite admin you'll be responsible for managing our ERP and contribute to our journey to use data to deliver sustained change and improvement throughout Audinate. The role is analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial to be able to discern a clear and accurate understanding of our ERP data.
You will
- Enable NetSuite across the organization: managing relationships with users, handling outages, maintenance, security, updates, backups, licenses, data integrity and privacy.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify improvements to our systems and processes including developing and translating user stories into defined business processes.
- Ensure Data Integrity via governance within the system.
- Develop reports and dashboards and manage plug ins such as Payment Gateways and Expense systems.
- Champion NetSuite and ensure colleagues are fully trained and kept informed of the latest product developments.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years experience with the NetSuite ecosystem and good understanding of relational databases and data integration tools and systems.
- Strong understanding of the NetSuite system, including modules such as Financials, ERP, Bank Payment Files and Supply Chain Management.
- Strong comprehension of NetSuite Configurations and Customisation and Data Structures.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlows, Saved Searches and Reports.
- Ability to foster positive rapport across multiple departments and staff levels, with the ability to explain technical system concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience of working within an Agile framework
