DataBank is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator/Developer to join our team! The NetSuite Administrator/Developer must be a proven senior NetSuite ROCK STAR that will be responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the NetSuite ERP system, including maintenance and enhancements to existing NetSuite modules through customizations, scripts, and workflows. You bring a wealth of NetSuite knowledge to our team and can lead short- and mid-term projects that align with the NetSuite roadmap. This position requires a highly dedicated individual who can deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and serves as the technical subject matter expert SME for our NetSuite ERP. You will manage the NetSuite development and be required to manage the NetSuite roadmap and NetSuite developers.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluating, architecting, and implementing NetSuite best practices
  • Developing, updating, troubleshooting, and maintaining code and customizations including NetSuite workflows, reports, and scripts
  • Managing internal developers and external NetSuite development partners, integrations, and vendors
  • Working with NetSuite users on day-to-day support tasks and enhancement request
  • Creating customized objects to meet our business needs, including tables, fields, forms, Restlets and Suitelets.
  • Assist in the development and architecture of integrations between NetSuite and other systems/applications using Mulesoft
  • Configuring application behavior controls
  • Lead the NetSuite developers to accomplish the tasks on the roadmap in a timely fashion
  • Partnering with our Compliance team to ensure we meet SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) requirements
  • Creation of detailed user and technical documentation for new and existing customizations
  • Creation of detailed requirements/scope documents and project roadmaps
  • Mentoring others to drive self-service and self-sufficiency within the platform
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing, supporting and doing developments on complex NetSuite IT environments
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing NetSuite developers with proven experience of delivering solutions on time
  • SuiteCloud Developer II certified
  • Working knowledge of NetSuite multibook, multi-entity and multicurrency functionality
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
  • You can work on multiple projects and meet deadlines by setting priorities with work projects
  • You can lead NetSuite developers by scheduling work in sprints and ensure commitments are met on time.
  • You have familiarity working on SOX compliance and preferably working with StrongPoint and Okta
  • You are not a “Yes” person. You strategically analyze all development requests to ensure NetSuite best practices are being implemented and customizations are required before approving development work.
  • Ability to design and implement complex customizations and integrations
  • You thrive on establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with coworkers and partners
