The Net Revenue Management Associate is responsible for supporting the NRM & SFE Manager in optimizing net sales performance through the management of commercial investments, pricing governance, profitability analysis, and post‑ROI evaluations. This role ensures accurate price setting in internal systems, monitors market price positioning versus competitors, and provides actionable insights that guide commercial decision-making in alignment with company strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities:

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

1. Commercial Investment & Net Sales Tracking

  • Maintain and update weekly estimates and monthly net sales forecasts, ensuring visibility and accuracy for commercial teams.

2. Pricing Governance & Execution

  • Manage pricing approvals, system price updates, and end-to-end control of the price architecture from ZMIN to invoice price.

  • Conduct price ladder and competitive pricing analysis across Haleon’s portfolio.

3. Promotional ROI & Post-Event Analysis

  • Generate post-ROI evaluations and insights for key trade activities impacting the P&L, identifying performance gaps and opportunities to improve investment efficiency.

4. G2N (Gross-to-Net) Control & Reporting

  • Consolidate and build G2N databases; track G2N execution at channel, sub‑channel, and customer level; and compare performance versus plan to maximize ROI.

5. Market & Portfolio Analytics

  • Conduct detailed price analysis for the market, including annual pricing proposals and opportunities/risks linked to commercial execution.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Trade Marketing to provide robust data, insights, and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

  • Review and approve GM thresholds for promotional mechanics proposed by Trade Marketing.

7. Customer P&L Analysis

  • Analyze customer-level P&L performance, identify improvement opportunities, and present findings to key stakeholders to drive profitability.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

  • Advanced level of English – Mandatory.

  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in our offices in Bogota.
