.NET Full Stack Developer (Microsoft Azure, C#, SharePoint & Dynamics 365 Expertise)

Synechron is seeking a skilled and versatile .NET Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level applications leveraging the Microsoft technology stack. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand technical needs, implement solutions, and ensure smooth operation of systems. Your contributions will enhance the organization’s digital capabilities, improve operational efficiencies, and support strategic technology initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for documentation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Windows Server environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 solutions
• In-depth understanding of the .NET Framework and extensive experience coding with C#
• Familiarity with installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft software and hardware
• Basic understanding of Microsoft product licensing and deployment models

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Knowledge of Visual Studio integrated development environment (IDE)
• Experience integrating Microsoft solutions with other enterprise systems

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for Microsoft-related systems, supporting installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and recommend appropriate Microsoft solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop, implement, and support Microsoft ecosystem solutions, including SharePoint and Dynamics 365
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft servers, applications, and cloud services
• Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system optimizations to ensure security and performance
• Develop documentation for systems, configurations, and procedures
• Assist in training users and stakeholders on new or updated Microsoft tools
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality

Programming Languages:

• Essential: C# (.NET Framework)
• Preferred: ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript

Databases & Data Management:

• Experience with SQL Server or related relational databases for business reporting and data handling

Cloud Technologies:

• Essential: Azure core services (App Services, VMs, Storage)
• Preferred: Azure DevOps, Security configurations

Frameworks & Libraries:

• Essential: .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC/Web API
• Preferred: Entity Framework, Blazor, Angular or React (for full-stack capabilities)

Development Tools & Methodologies:

• Essential: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (or other CI/CD tools), Source control (Git)
• Preferred: Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps pipelines

Security Protocols:

• Basic understanding of authentication and authorization with Azure AD, OAuth, SAML

• 3 to 7 years of experience working with Microsoft technologies, including application development and support
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications using .NET and related Microsoft tools
• Experience in configuring and supporting SharePoint and Dynamics 365 environments preferred
• Exposure to cloud deployment, migration, and management on Azure platform
• Ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams

• Develop, test, and deploy .NET-based enterprise applications or components
• Support existing Microsoft infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement features
• Manage system configurations and perform scheduled maintenance activities
• Provide technical guidance and training to stakeholders and end-users
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and project reviews in an Agile environment
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and operational procedures
• Assist in integrating Microsoft solutions with other enterprise systems for streamlined workflows

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Equivalent professional experience in Microsoft solution development and support

Certifications (Preferred):

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Solutions Developer, or similar certifications

• Ongoing learning to stay current with Microsoft ecosystem updates and emerging technologies
