Context:

As a .Net Developer you will be a part of TACTIS Project, which develops a powerful tactical and technical simulation platform tailored for combined forces instruction and training, witin Thales' Training & Simulation Business Line.

TACTIS is the most sophisticated simulation training platform, fitting the combined forces needs and requirements in complex battlefield scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain desktop applications using .NET framework.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, design solutions
  and feature implementation.
• Implement proper coding standards, design patterns, and best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot and bug fixing in existing applications.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Write unit test libraries and concepts to obtain a good code average.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus in .NET 4.8.x.
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Solid understanding of OOP principles and design patterns
• Experience in Winforms API design.
• Experience in .Net Remoting.
• Experience in MVC architecture (MVVM will be appreciated).
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Entity Framework (SQL Server PostgresExcellent knowledge of database technologies such as Postgres SQL Server (Entity Framework
  will be appreciated).
• Experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and practices
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with MQTT network protocol
