About the Role

In this role, you will represent our health plan clients on plan recovery matters, evaluate case and settlement information, communicate with plaintiff firms and insurance representatives, and help drive matters toward resolution.

This is a hands-on role where you will develop highly transferable skills in negotiation, financial analysis, stakeholder communication, case strategy, and portfolio management while helping deliver meaningful financial outcomes for some of the nation's largest health plans.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of attorney and adjuster-involved healthcare recovery matters from negotiation through resolution
  • Review case facts, plan information, settlement materials, reduction requests, and recovery potential
  • Communicate professionally with plaintiff attorneys, law firm staff, insurance carriers, adjusters, and claim representatives
  • Develop and execute financial resolution strategies within established guidelines and authority
  • Negotiate lien and reimbursement matters that do not require action by a licensed attorney
  • Escalate legal questions and matters requiring attorney analysis, advice, or action to licensed Intellivo attorneys
  • Partner with attorneys, senior resolution professionals, legal assistants, and teammates to achieve strong recovery outcomes
  • Meet portfolio, responsiveness, settlement, and recovery expectations while supporting a consistent client experience
