Apogee is actively seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager supporting US Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) NC3 Enterprise Center (NEC) Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) at Ft Meade, MD.

What you will be doing:
- Supervise, lead, and coach Apogee personnel assigned to the team, including managing technical efforts and assisting in directing task order performance.
- Manage configuration management activities to guide execution of the NC3 Configuration Management Plan.
- Ensure technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities associated with assigned projects.
- Ensure quality products, including the NC3 Configuration Management Baseline and other Configuration Management products are delivered on time and in accordance with Apogee quality assurance methodologies.
- Collaborate with customer points of contact and Apogee leadership to proactively identify and mitigate risks and/or issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate team inputs for regular task order status reporting and special deliverables to advance high-priority Government initiatives.
What you will need:
- Security Clearance Required: Top Secret w/ SCI Eligibility
- One of the following education/experience combinations:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar managerial or technical field with 10+ years' relevant Program/Project Management experience and at least 2+ years' experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects, OR
- 16+ years' relevant experience (in lieu of degree) Program/Project Management experience and at least 2+ years' experience supporting Information Technology (IT) projects
- Ability to work well within a team and to execute tasks independently
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Strong command of MS Office suite tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- NC3 experience (desired)
Benefits:

Regular part time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.
- This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
- The base pay for this position ranges from $114,000 to $188,000 across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
