Leads full-lifecycle recruiting for cleared and technical government contract roles. Partners with hiring managers and proposal teams on staffing plans, drafts job postings, sources passive candidates, evaluates qualifications against labor categories and PWS/SOW requirements, manages interviews and offers, tracks recruiting metrics, and supports onboarding, contract transitions, and employer branding.

Develops, tests, documents, deploys, and supports software for Air Force nuclear command-and-control systems. Requires a PhD, 15 years supporting DoD or Intelligence Community organizations, U.S. citizenship, and an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Provides expert systems engineering support to government counterparts for SOF acquisition and engineering programs. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering changes and waivers, evaluating designs and technologies, overseeing development and production surveillance, analyzing performance trends, supporting budgets and contract modifications, coordinating engineering and maintenance programs, and developing acquisition review procedures. The role is onsite at MacDill AFB and requires U.S. citizenship, Secret clearance, an engineering degree, DAWIA certification or equivalent, and at least 10 years of experience.

Conduct CBRN operational impact, threat, vulnerability, and test-result analyses for the Department of the Air Force. Develop and maintain hazard prediction and sortie-generation models, create custom modeling and visualization software, and provide technical recommendations for policy, doctrine, TTPs, and strategic plans. Conduct deterrence research, produce reports and briefings, support experimentation, and collaborate with Air Force, DoD, academic, and research communities.

Provides policy, treaty, operational, and technical analysis supporting the Department of the Air Force’s CWMD and biodefense missions. Develops policy positions, impact assessments, compliance guidance, requirements, briefing materials, and staff responses. Supports CBRN survivability, modernization, gap analyses, strategic integration, interagency coordination, governance forums, and biodefense program activities. The role is full-time, on-site at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling and requires a Top Secret clearance with SCI, SAP, and SAR eligibility.

Analyzes and maps target digital networks, infrastructure, identifiers, services, and communications pathways for intelligence collection and operational planning. Correlates network and host artifacts across sources, develops target profiles and diagrams, produces customer-ready reports and briefings, documents analytic tradecraft, and collaborates with SIGINT, collection, exploitation, reporting, and data science teams. Supports technical intelligence analysis of military systems and network changes in a time-sensitive mission environment.

Supports federal acquisition and contracting activities for USSOCOM’s PEO-SDA, including acquisition strategy, pre- and post-award documentation, solicitations, contract administration, price and cost analysis, negotiations, and contract file management. Advises customers on FAR, DFARS, SOFARS, and alternative contracting strategies. Requires significant DoD acquisition experience, DAWIA contracting certification, a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and an active Secret clearance. The position is on-site at MacDill AFB with 10% travel.

Provide software engineering oversight for Air Force numerical weather model systems. Guide secure software architecture, development, maintenance, and DevSecOps implementation, including CI/CD security integration, automated testing, vulnerability management, infrastructure provisioning, and cloud security. Advise agile teams and government stakeholders on requirements, architecture, technical risks, compliance, and tool selection. Review technical documentation and serve as a liaison among government engineers, users, stakeholders, and development teams.

Supports Department of Defense acquisition programs for Special Operations Forces, including project status tracking, contract modifications, budget control, acquisition documentation, cost and price analysis, contract surveillance, performance analysis, and leadership briefings. Advises government counterparts on program execution, funding obligations, corrective actions, and process improvements. Requires extensive Federal acquisition experience, DAWIA equivalency, a relevant bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, and TS/SCI clearance.

Support the Air Force Foreign Clearance Program through policy analysis, regulatory updates, international sovereignty research, Foreign Clearance Guide management, APACS portal administration, training, outreach, and special weapons overflight analysis. Maintain classified and unclassified guidance, provide helpdesk and technical support, and develop recommendations concerning aircraft and personnel clearances, overseas travel, airspace access, and diplomatic clearance requirements.

Provides arms control policy, treaty implementation, compliance, research, and technical analysis support to Air Combat Command and HAF/A10. Responsibilities include policy formulation, treaty notifications, compliance planning, exercise and inspection support, training development, acquisition program reviews, interagency liaison, conference coordination, and formal recommendations. The role is full-time and on-site at Langley Air Force Base and requires active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Provides arms control policy, treaty compliance, research, analysis, training, exercise and inspection support for Air Force Special Operations Command and HAF/A10. Advises on treaty impacts to acquisition programs, prepares policy recommendations and analysis papers, supports conferences and interagency forums, and serves as a liaison across Air Force, Department of War, and other government entities. The role is full-time, on-site at Hurlburt Field and contingent on contract award.

Supports defense acquisition programs through documentation, acquisition strategy development, market research, requirements and metrics analysis, cost and budget management, program compliance, milestone reporting, briefings, and resource allocation. The role advises government counterparts, interprets acquisition regulations, develops mitigation strategies, and helps resolve program bottlenecks. Requires extensive government acquisition experience, DAWIA certification, Secret clearance, and on-site support at MacDill Air Force Base.

Provides technical writing, document preparation, meeting and notetaking support, knowledge management, and cybrarian services for USSTRATCOM software capability programs. Maintains repositories, organizes and archives documents, tracks actions and deliverables, incorporates stakeholder feedback, and prepares professional staff products. The role requires strong organization, writing, records management, version control, and coordination skills, along with TS/SCI eligibility and eight years of relevant experience.

Supports maritime systems engineering and acquisition programs for Naval Special Warfare platforms and mission solutions. Evaluates engineering plans, designs, test requirements, technical proposals, budgets, contracts, and change requests. Conducts design, development, production, and performance surveillance; analyzes performance trends; recommends corrective actions; and provides expert technical inputs to government leadership. The role requires systems engineering or integration experience, preferably involving submarines, submersibles, naval ships, or maritime acquisition programs.

Supports cybersecurity operations for Executive Airlift Communications Network environments, including Air-to-GIG Gateways, a Systems Integration Laboratory, and a Government Security Operations Center. Responsibilities include diagnosing and mitigating cyber incidents, vulnerabilities, network attacks, and service interruptions; coordinating incident resolution; documenting events in ServiceNow; managing controlled changes; reviewing tickets; and applying ITSM and ITIL processes.

Provides technical program management support for integrating NASIC capability development with enterprise IT architecture and standards. Tracks contract cost, schedule, performance, deliveries, risks, requirements, user stories, and development backlogs. Conducts recurring compatibility reviews, documents risks and disconnects, presents findings, supports capability prioritization and resourcing, and assists with OSINT tradecraft training requirements and assessment metrics.

Provides DoD financial management and cost analysis support, including PPBE, budget execution, financial planning, cost estimating, reporting, EVM, acquisition support, and fiscal compliance. Manages multi-appropriation spend plans using Web CCaR and DEAMS, develops POM inputs and forecasts, conducts traditional and agile software cost estimates, supports acquisition documentation, and resolves financial-system interface issues.
