We are seeking experienced Level II NDT Technicians to support long-term industrial inspection projects in Iron Mountain, Michigan and Appleton, Wisconsin. SIGN ON BONUSES AND RELOCATION PACKAGES AVAILABLE!

Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform nondestructive testing in accordance with customer specifications, company procedures, and applicable industry codes and standards.
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate NDT equipment safely and accurately.
  • Conduct inspections using one or more of the following methods:
    • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
    • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
    • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
    • Visual Testing (VT)
    • Radiographic Testing (RT) (if qualified)
    • Eddy Current Testing (ET) (if qualified)
  • Interpret inspection results and identify discontinuities or defects.
  • Complete detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and customer requirements.
  • Perform equipment maintenance and calibration checks.
  • Communicate inspection findings with supervisors, project managers, and customers.
  • Assist in mentoring Level I Technicians and trainees.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current ASNT Level II Certification (SNT-TC-1A or employer-based equivalent) in one or more NDT methods.
  • Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and inspection procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening, background check, and site-specific requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Multiple Level II certifications (UT, MT, PT, VT, RT, ET)
  • State Carded Radiographer (if RT certified)
  • Rope Access (SPRAT or IRATA)
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, refinery, pipeline, or power generation environments.
  • TWIC Card (preferred)
