Candidates need a Canadian Journeyman Certificate or qualifying insulation hours, plus IRATA Level 1–3 certification or willingness to complete IRATA Level 1 training. CWB all-position welding certification is required for welders.

Designs complex mechanical components and pipeline inspection tools using Autodesk Inventor. Researches applicable technologies, incorporates electronics and sensors, builds prototypes and testing fixtures, leads design testing, documents results, and transfers approved designs to manufacturing. The role requires independent project management, strong communication, and collaboration across design, testing, and production teams.

Receives, unwraps, packs, and cleans parts before inspection. Collaborates closely with Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians and performs related assigned production tasks. This permanent full-time position requires manual dexterity, attention to workplace health and safety, conscientiousness, precision, detail orientation, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds. Perform in-lab ultrasonic testing as a Level II technician for a temporary project in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, or Massena, New York. Work at least 40 hours weekly, follow strict safety and quality standards, operate independently and collaboratively, and travel onsite for the project duration. Current UT Level II certification is required; contact straight beam experience is preferred. Employees must provide or wear required PPE, including a hard hat, safety glasses, and safety footwear.

Conducts phased array ultrasonic nondestructive testing, including equipment setup, calibration, inspections, result interpretation, evaluation, and documentation. Directs trainees and Level I personnel, follows applicable codes and standards, and supports call-outs, projects, and turnarounds throughout the United States. Requires Level II PAUT or UTSW certification, NDT training, TWIC, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds.

Apply, remove, and repair thermal and acoustic insulation on industrial equipment, including pipelines, ductwork, heat exchangers, tanks, and vessels. Read drawings and specifications, follow rope access and safety standards, support customers and teams, and complete assigned work safely and efficiently. Requires industrial rope access certification, insulation experience, first-aid/CPR/AED certification, physical ability to work at heights and in adverse conditions, and unrestricted travel availability for call-out assignments.

Assists Level II NDE Technicians with industrial radiographic testing, equipment setup and teardown, maintenance, calibration, documentation, and safety procedures. Works in plant and refinery environments, maintains restricted areas, monitors radiographic equipment under supervision, and supports incident response. Requires radiation safety certification, TWIC card, driver’s license, physical capability for field work, and occasional overnight travel.

Prepare piping welds and adjacent materials for nondestructive testing by operating handheld angle grinders and other mechanical tools to remove coatings, paint, rust, scale, weld spatter, and debris. Work alongside NDT technicians and plant personnel while maintaining weld integrity and following strict safety and quality requirements. The role requires outdoor industrial plant work, physical lifting, use of protective equipment, climbing ladders and stairs, and periodic travel to other job sites.

Performs radiographic nondestructive testing on piping, tanks, and vessels; sets up and calibrates equipment, runs and grades film, interprets results against applicable standards, organizes technical data, and reports findings. Trains RT assistants and Level I personnel, follows customer procedures, and supports safety and quality requirements. ASNT NDE Level II certification in radiographic testing is required; rope access certification is preferred, with training available for qualified candidates.

Assists Level II NDE technicians with nondestructive testing activities, including equipment setup and teardown, maintenance, calibration, documentation, and site safety. Radiographer trainees may operate radiographic equipment only under direct supervision, secure equipment, control restricted areas, and report incidents. The role requires field work in industrial plants, physical labor, ladder access, changing environments, and travel throughout the United States for projects and turnarounds.

Coordinate nondestructive examination operations during plant turnarounds, including scheduling technicians, calibrating equipment, conducting MT/PT/UTT tests, reviewing and interpreting results, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
