Manage and maintain the NDT Quality Assurance program: certify Level II technicians, conduct audits, ensure equipment calibration, approve procedures, investigate non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and develop KPIs. Work rotational 21-on/21-off, 12-hour shifts.

Coordinate and oversee daily NDT/NDE activities at a refinery construction site: schedule and align technicians, execute and document inspections, set up/calibrate equipment, step into craft work as needed, ensure compliance with standards and safety, and maintain organized electronic records and reports.

Perform computed radiography (Carestream) inspections as an NDT CR Level II, conducting MT, PT, and ultrasonic thickness testing (UTT). Full-time, 4x10 hour shifts. Provide accurate inspection records and follow company safety and employment policies.

Design and develop pipeline inspection tool components from concept through testing and manufacturing. Conduct research, build prototypes, lead test procedures, document results, and integrate electronics and sensor circuitry for improved tool reliability and performance.

Receive and prepare parts for inspection, perform magnetic particle (MT) and penetrant (PT) non-destructive inspections per procedures, complete required documentation, and collaborate with level 1–3 technicians. Follow NDT techniques and perform other assigned related tasks.

Assist Level II NDE technicians with setup, teardown, maintenance, calibration, and documentation of radiographic inspection equipment. Maintain constant surveillance and control of radiographic devices, secure restricted areas, follow safety procedures, travel occasionally, and meet physical demands including frequent lifting of 50 lbs. Must hold required IDs and certifications and communicate with clients and team members.

Perform radiographic (RT) nondestructive testing on piping, tanks, and vessels using film and CR methods; set up and calibrate equipment, run and grade film, evaluate and report NDT results, train RT assistants and Level I personnel, and organize technical data per customer procedures and applicable codes.
