Perform passivation, etching, cleaning, and passivity testing of parts; assist higher-class inspectors with inspections and test results; follow departmental procedures for masking, racking, bath sampling, metallurgical samples, waste treatment, and safety; complete required training and certification; lift up to 50 lbs.

Perform internal and external inspections of pressure vessels, piping, and above-ground storage tanks to certify compliance with API standards, document findings, recommend or approve repairs, complete reports and paperwork, follow safety procedures, and work on-site in refinery/plant environments.

Collect, verify, and process employee timesheets and gate logs; confirm codes, PO/WO numbers, per diem, equipment and materials for billing; create and route exception and approval forms; enter time and charges into onsite system and follow approval procedures; send final reports for invoicing and address billing issues; assist employees with payroll questions and distribute audited payroll; complete badge and schedule change forms as needed.

Perform internal and external inspections of pressure vessels, piping, and above-ground storage tanks to ensure mechanical integrity and API compliance. Complete visual inspections, approve or recommend repairs, write detailed reports, follow safety procedures, assist scheduling, deliver reports to clients, and work on-site in plant environments, including at heights and in confined spaces.

Assist Level II NDE technicians with setup, teardown, maintenance, calibrations, documentation, and safety for industrial radiography. Follow company procedures and operate radiographic equipment only under direct supervision. Support restricted-area control, incident notifications, and maintain required radiation safety training and credentials when working as an Assistant Radiographer or Radiographer Trainee.

Lead and manage on-site inspection activities, ensure compliance with company and client procedures, maintain KPIs and staffing, oversee safety and quality, provide client communication and daily project reporting.

Assist certified radiographic testing technicians with setup, equipment handling, film processing and digital radiography in industrial settings. Maintain radiation and workplace safety, accurate inspection records, and support calibration and field/shop inspections; may work overtime and varying shifts.

Perform rope-access assisted radiographic testing support on a temporary industrial project. Ensure safety, follow rope access and radiation procedures, conduct daily safety meetings, document work, assist team operations, and complete required training and rescue preparedness tasks.

Perform Level II NDT (MT/PT/UT/VT): set up and calibrate equipment, execute and document tests, interpret results, supervise trainees, follow codes/standards. Willingness to be cross-trained in NFPA hose/aerial/pump/ladder testing and high-angle rescue, support equipment sales, and maintain safety and quality practices across multiple locations.

Perform rope-access industrial inspection and related NDT services at heights using IRATA or SPRAT Level I/II certification. Follow safety procedures, lift up to 75 lbs, pass background and drug screens, and support inspections in industrial environments.

Write, test, and optimize CNC machine programs from technical drawings; set up machines and tooling, adjust speeds/feeds, troubleshoot issues, modify existing programs, and ensure finished parts meet strict quality specifications.

Assist NDT Level II/III personnel conducting non-destructive testing on the North Slope. Support RT/UT/PT/MT/VT methods, follow radiation safety, work 12-hour rotating shifts in extreme climates, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and confined-space work.

Perform Level II NDT inspections (RT, MT, PT, UTT): set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests, interpret and document results, direct trainees/Level I, follow codes/standards, troubleshoot, and maintain safety and quality in plant/field environments. Travel to project sites and turnarounds as required.

Lead and manage in-lab quality performance across two materials testing locations, maintain and extend accreditations (ISO/IEC 17025, Nadcap), implement and manage the QMS/eQMS, drive continuous improvement and customer/primes relationships, oversee audits and assessments, train staff, and ensure regulatory and customer compliance.

Support certified NDT technicians in field and shop inspections: set up, calibrate, and maintain NDT equipment; prepare work areas; complete documentation; follow safety procedures; travel locally as needed.

Perform Level II eddy current non-destructive testing: set up and calibrate equipment, conduct tests, interpret and document results, direct Level I trainees, follow codes/standards, work independently in plant/field environments, and travel to job sites as needed.
