Role Summary: As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for the independent design, development, and validation of CNC programs for a diverse range of metal cutting machine tools. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to not only refine your CNC programming skills but also to contribute significantly to our production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery targets.
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays from 7 am to 4 pm.
Location: Bridgeville, PA.
Responsibilities:
- Generate drawings, models, and CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Esprit).
- Ability to edit / modify existing programs in real time.
- Understand materials, tooling, feeds and speeds focusing on reducing cycle times.
- Familiar with basic Microsoft office programs and computer functions.
- Other duties may be required.
- Safety first mindset.
Requirements
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Understanding of G and M codes.
- Experience with Esprit, Mastercam, or an equivalent.
- Ability to understand drawings, tolerances, and GD&T.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD environment

Skills Required
- HS Diploma / GED and 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experience in Programming; either lathe programs or drill programs
- Experience in handling Mazak integrex machines
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Understanding of imperial system (inches)
- Basic understanding of CNC machine programming and codes
- Ability to identify GD&T symbols
- Knowledge of milling processes
- Data analytical skills and engineering knowledge
- Good communication skills and team-oriented
- Self-motivated & strong inter-personal skills
- Experience working with PCs and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of shop floor practices
