We are hiring across multiple roles and experience levels across Odisha.

1. Branch Manager

· In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration

· Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.

· Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.

· New to branch customer acquisition, building the Asset under management of the branch, driving sales of debentures, insurance, tour and travel products.

· Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

· Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

· Market scoping, understand the trends in the market and act accordingly

Requirements:

Candidates with 4-8 years of NBFC/BFSI experience.

Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.

Candidates should be willing to relocate if required

Experience in gold loan is mandatory

2. Assistant Branch Head

· Sourcing of new customers to maximise Gold Loan Business.

· Cross Sell of Debentures, Insurance, tour and travel products.

· GO To Market Activities.

· Cash Management & Accounting

· Gold Appraisal.

· Interest Collection.

· Customer Relationship, follow up, maintenance of reports & registers

· In charge of the entire branch sales, operations and administration in Absence of BH/BM

· Ensure branch achieve the targets, motivate and guide the team.

· 2nd Key custodian, ensure quality clients are onboarded, control NPAs.

Co-ordinate in marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.

Requirements:

Candidates with 3-5 years of NBFC/BFSI experience.

Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.

Candidates should be willing to relocate if required

Experience in gold loan is mandatory

Skills Required

4-8 years of NBFC or BFSI experience for Branch Manager role
3-5 years of NBFC or BFSI experience for Assistant Branch Head role
Knowledge of current affairs and NBFCs
Mandatory experience in gold loans
Willingness to relocate if required
