This position is for a Finance Manager (M4), working within the Raytheon; Operations, Supply Chain, & Quality (OSQ) Finance organization.

What You Will Do

·       You will be accountable for financial oversight of capacity growth efforts, with contracts spanning multiple contract types and colors of money.

·       This position requires proactive leadership and significant interaction with the Program Managers, Contracts, Engineering, Supply Chain, and others, to ensure alignment regarding strategic, operating, and financial objectives.

·       You will ensure compliance with required Estimates at Complete (EACs) and contractual earned value.

·       Top candidates will raise the performance levels of their team and provide the organizations they support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making.

 

Qualifications You Must Have

·       Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

·       Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (e.g. Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.

·       Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

·       Experience with EVMS (Earned Value Management), Program Controls and Estimates at Complete (EACs).

·       The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
