Job Summary 

The National Sales Marketer will be responsible for sales and revenue for their specific assigned agents/agencies.  This role will track and manage weekly KPI’s including phone times, new agent follow up, and activation rates specifically set for them.

Primary Responsibilities:
•    Provide Marketing/Sales Support to agents/agencies
•    Build relationships for continued success with agents/agencies
•    Have a full understanding of Carriers and products that are being supported through the role
•    Ability to communicate the advantages of doing business with Integrity, Carriers and products that are supported by role
•    Provide input and support on new product and sales processes
•    Achieve KPI’s on a weekly basis to strive for company goals
•    Support Agent Success VP in defining department strategy for sales and success
•    Work with other Agent Success Managers in other departments to maximize the overall company value
•    Continue to educate yourself on the industry
•    Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.

Primary Skills & Requirements
•    High School or equivalent
•   Sales experience or related experience
•    Previous experience in insurance, finance, or a related field preferred
•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
•    Ability to present sales and training materials effectively to large groups in person, over the phone, and via virtual platforms
•    Highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
