Is this the role for you?

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead Ricoh’s Graphic Communications (Production Print) business across Australia. Reporting to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, you will have end‑to‑end accountability for the commercial performance, strategy and growth of the Production Print channel nationally.

You will set clear strategic direction, lead high‑performing sales teams across the country, and work closely with Sales, Service, Product Management and Marketing to drive sustainable revenue growth, margin performance and long‑term customer value.

This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility and influence, both internally and across the Australian Production Print industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and execute Ricoh Australia’s Go‑to‑Market strategy for Production Print, aligned to growth and profitability objectives
  • Own and deliver national financial outcomes, including revenue, unit and solution targets across hardware, software and services
  • Provide strong, visible leadership as the national lead for Ricoh’s Production Print business
  • Represent Ricoh with key customers and strategic partners
  • Partner with service and operations teams to ensure effective implementations, strong site performance and high customer satisfaction
  • Drive disciplined sales execution, pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy

To be successful in this role:

You are a confident, commercially astute sales leader with a strong track record in complex B2B environments. You bring:

  • Proven experience leading national or multi‑state sales teams, ideally within Production Print, Graphic Communications
  • Strong financial and commercial capability, including forecasting, performance management and deal governance
  • The ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups and delivery teams
  • A collaborative leadership style that builds trust, accountability and capability
  • Experience engaging at senior customer, partner and industry levels
  • A strategic mindset, balanced with practical execution
