Job DescriptionAs National Sales Manager, you will lead and execute the national sales strategy across Genera Pacific’s full suite of services including Pest Control, Fumigation, Hygiene and Commercial Cleaning.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-performing sales team across Suva and the Western region. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic planning with active client engagement and team coaching.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and deliver a national sales strategy aligned to business objectives and growth targets
Lead, coach and performance-manage Sales Executives across all regions
Drive consistent achievement of monthly and annual sales targets at both individual and national level
Personally acquire new business while supporting the team to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality
Grow contracted and recurring revenue while improving margins and reducing reliance on one-off jobs
Build strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers and strategic partners
Oversee tender submissions, follow-ups and major commercial opportunities
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the existing client base
Monitor competitor activity and provide commercial insights to senior leadership
Maintain strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy and forecasting capability
Represent the business at industry events, networking forums and client meetings
Promote a strong safety, compliance and customer-first culture across all sales activities
This role requires regular travel within Fiji and occasional after-hours engagement to support operational and client needs.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, ideally within pest control, hygiene, cleaning, facilities management or a related service industry
Proven experience leading and developing sales teams to consistently meet or exceed targets
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution
Demonstrated success in new business development, key account management and tender-based sales
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, forecasting and CRM systems
High level of professionalism, integrity and personal accountability
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership and operations teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Full, valid driver’s licence
