SUMMARY
The National Accounts Manager for DaVinci Roofscapes is responsible for converting/managing large national and regional contractor accounts from sales to account management. Focus is on the top 100 contractors which is over 1 billion dollars in residential roofing sales. Travel expectation is approximately 80% or more. This is a remote position.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:

Manage all corporate relationships with national, regional, and private equity firm contractor accounts

Responsible for leading growth in the national, regional, and private equity firm contractor account segment, which would include: growth in existing accounts, new account identification and lead generation, new account additions

Lead contact on pricing and programs for all national, regional, and private equity firm contractor accounts

Problem solving and conflict resolution with national, regional, and private equity firm contractor accounts

Develop relationships with distribution’s sales representatives who are focusing on national and regional contractors

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Create training for both company sales reps and customer accounts, specific to in-home selling process

Work with Marketing and DaVinci Masterpiece Contractor Program (DMCP) team to create contractor specific programs and advertising

Work with Marketing team and DMCP lead, create advertising and sales tools that are catered specifically to homeowners

Develop in-home sales tools such as sample bags, branded samples and tiered pricing

Develop and implement sales scripts for the sales organization that are designed to explain product to homeowners, as well as describe value-added features in terms that a homeowner can understand.

Work with Marketing team, create advertising and sales tools that are catered specifically to homeowners

Call on key national builders at the corporate level to gain incremental business that is captured in the regional markets and working with the local Territory Manager associated with a regional account.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in the building products or related industry with proven established relationships

Ability to build and maintain successful client relationships

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Self-motivated

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels in the organization

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with CRM software

Working knowledge of MS office suite including excel, PowerPoint, teams and Outlook 365
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Job will require 80% travel on average. Ability to be away from home for multiple nights per week and riding in automobiles for several hours per day is required. Insurability and valid US state driver’s license is mandatory.
