Position: National Sales Director
Reports to: Executive Leadership
Compensation: $150,000 base salary + Profit Sharing
Compensation & Profit Sharing
- Base Salary: $150,000 annually
- Profit Share: 25% of net profit generated from groups recruited directly new hire.
- First 3000 apps there is no profit sharing that goes to covering salary.
Position Overview
The National Sales Director is responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, developing and managing key relationships, and expanding SRG’s national distribution channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in sales, recruitment, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Growth
- Lead national sales initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and support new agents and agencies.
- Assign groups appropriately within SRG’s distribution channels based on client profile.
- Relationship Management
- Manage and strengthen top-level relationships with partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted representative of SRG, fostering long-term loyalty and engagement.
- Training & Development
- Oversee training platforms, webinars, online content, and other resources to ensure agents are well-prepared and compliant.
- Build, refine, and expand sales training programs and materials.
- Mentor sales managers and agents to improve performance and career growth.
- Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Take on other reasonable responsibilities aligned with the scope of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in national or regional sales leadership roles.
- Strong background in recruiting, training, and scaling sales teams and agencies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable growth.
