Horace Mann is looking for a National Sales Analyst responsible for development and monitoring of National Sales trends to enable both actionable and more timely insight leading to increased sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales leadership, product, marketing, and agency force to monitor trends, share actionable insight, and define agency best practices.
  • Collaborate on, create & maintain monitoring of sales key performance indicators to uncover emerging trends in Life, Retirement, and Property & Casualty.
  • Create and monitor reporting to maximize compensation and bonus programs in partnership with field leadership.
  • Participate in, track, monitor, and suggest improvement to sales initiatives.
  • Assist training sales, leadership team and agency force on sales process effectiveness, opportunities, and best practices.
  • Build, monitor and communicate agency best practice standards and performance.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, etc.
  • Works towards full knowledge of sales data warehouses and reporting.

Requirements:

  • H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience in related professional field, product, or analytical position, preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of sales process and/or sales data management & tools.

Salary Range 

         $50,100.00 - $78,800.00/annually. 

Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
