The Opportunity
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Product Specialist to join our Craniomaxillofacial team in NZ. Based in Auckland, you will inherit an established NZ national territory and will be responsible for promoting and selling our market leading CMF products with a focus on clinical excellence and providing exceptional customer service to our Surgeons.
Responsibilities
- Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons; promoting and driving the sale of our products
- Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
- Providing in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-service training, and supporting new product launches
- Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
- Maintaining market and competitor analysis, providing regular feedback and achieving revenue targets across the product range
About You
- Degree qualified, with proven skills in hospital sales and territory management, and the ability to travel nationally around NZ
- Strong team orientation, and a long-term, relationship-based sales approach

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes.
