Job Summary
The National Partner Manager serves as Westfield's primary relationship leader for our largest and most strategically important national distribution partners, including agency networks, aggregators, financial institutions, and private equity-backed organizations with complex agency structures. This highly visible role is responsible for developing executive-level partnerships, aligning enterprise and partner strategies, and driving profitable growth across Westfield's Standard Lines business segments.
Working closely with senior leaders across Distribution Management, Underwriting, Product, Operations, and other enabling functions, the National Partner Manager influences strategic direction, identifies emerging market opportunities, and provides leadership across some of Westfield's most significant distribution relationships. The role serves as the strategic owner of the partner lifecycle, providing executive engagement, growth planning, governance oversight, performance stewardship, and issue resolution across corporate, regional, and local stakeholder groups.
Through business development, market intelligence, and cross-functional leadership, the National Partner Manager helps ensure alignment between Westfield's business strategies and partner objectives while creating long-term value for both organizations. This role plays a critical part in shaping how Westfield competes, grows, and strengthens relationships with some of the most influential organizations in the insurance distribution marketplace.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and strengthen executive-level relationships with a portfolio of Westfield's most strategic national distribution partners, including agency networks, aggregators, financial institutions, and private equity-backed organizations.
- Develop and execute partner growth strategies that align partner objectives with Westfield's business priorities and profitable growth goals.
- Serve as the strategic owner of assigned partnerships, providing leadership across executive engagement, performance stewardship, governance, and relationship lifecycle management.
- Identify, influence, and capitalize on opportunities to expand business, increase market presence, and strengthen long-term partner value.
- Lead strategic business planning and performance reviews, utilizing data and market insights to drive results across business segments and optimize partner performance.
- Collaborate with leaders across Distribution Management, Underwriting, Product, Operations, and other business functions to ensure enterprise alignment and a coordinated partner experience.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights regarding distribution trends, agency consolidation, private equity activity, and emerging opportunities within the insurance marketplace.
- Facilitate governance and accountability processes that support effective partnership management, risk oversight, and compliance with company standards.
- Represent Westfield as a trusted advisor, influencing strategic decisions and strengthening relationships with senior leaders across partner organizations.
- Manage budgets and partnership investments responsibly while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution Management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Sales or a related field and/or commensurate work experience.
- Valid driver's license and a driving record that conforms to company standards.
- Preferred experience in retail agency, retail broker or wholesale brokerage.

Travel Requirements
- Travel up to 50% of working time to support partner engagement, business development activities, and company initiatives. Travel may include overnight stays and occasional short-notice business travel.
