Job Description
Portrait is seeking a National Operations Associate to help launch new Providers. This role will be responsible for the entire launch process including sourcing a physical location, training the Provider on Portraits internal processes and systems, setting up the Provider from a compliance and regulatory standpoint and generally making sure the Provider is well positioned for success. An ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication skills, is excellent at multi-tasking, thrives working in a fast paced environment and has a positive can-do attitude.
National Operations Associate Responsibilities
- Manage the entire onboarding process, including budget and completion of all steps in the process.
- Document each step using project management software.
- Train new Providers on Portrait’s internal processes and systems.
- Communicate effectively with both the Provider and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills For National Operations Associate
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in a medical environment is a plus but not required.
- Proficient using Google workspace tools.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with multiple teams.

- This is a remote / work from home position

- Pay: $20 / hr
- Full Time - 40 hours a week
