Job Description

Portrait is seeking a National Operations Associate to help launch new Providers. This role will be responsible for the entire launch process including sourcing a physical location, training the Provider on Portraits internal processes and systems, setting up the Provider from a compliance and regulatory standpoint and generally making sure the Provider is well positioned for success. An ideal candidate is detail oriented, has strong communication skills, is excellent at multi-tasking, thrives working in a fast paced environment and has a positive can-do attitude. 

National Operations Associate Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire onboarding process, including budget and completion of all steps in the process. 
  • Document each step using project management software. 
  • Train new Providers on Portrait’s internal processes and systems. 
  • Communicate effectively with both the Provider and internal stakeholders. 

Qualifications and Skills For National Operations Associate 

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a medical environment is a plus but not required. 
  • Proficient using Google workspace tools. 
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with multiple teams. 

Location

  • This is a remote / work from home position
  • We accept applications outside of the United States

Details

  • Pay: $20 / hr
  • Full Time - 40 hours a week
  • Benefits include healthcare options, PTO, and sick leave
