Are you ready to take the helm of logistics operations for one of New Zealand's most iconic brands? We are seeking a dynamic and strategic National Logistics Manager to lead our logistics and fulfilment operations across the country.

As the National Logistics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our logistics strategy. You’ll be responsible for overseeing the delivery and installation of our premium appliances, ensuring a seamless customer experience that we proudly call the 'final mile'. Your leadership will extend to managing the entire supply chain—from container cartage to our state-of-the-art Distribution Centre in East Tamaki, right through to reverse logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Fulfilment Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring timely fulfilment across New Zealand.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Health & Safety: Champion best practices in health and safety, ensuring all logistics operations are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Procurement & 3PL Management: Oversee the procurement process and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, ensuring top-tier service and cost-effectiveness.
  • Final Mile Leadership: Lead our 'final mile' delivery and installation service, ensuring a world-class customer experience.
  • Reverse Logistics: Manage the reverse logistics process, ensuring efficient handling and processing of returned goods.
