For our China team, we are looking for a National Foodservice and Key Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with onboarding, setting up systems & processes
- Manage the distributors with goods
- Manage & own the external field sales supplier with full responsibility for budget and ROI. Impartially allocate resources between the Home & AFH channel to maximize profitability and support the key initiatives.
- Review the performance of the external field sales operation and make a recommendation if we continue with external field sales support or bring the field sales function in-house with our own team
- Working with the sales and marketing teams develop sales programs and toolkits to enable sale teams to focus on driving profitable growth & ensuring forecast accuracy.
- Investigate technology platforms to support sales teams KPIs, analyse effectiveness and promote best practice sharing.
- Working together with sales, marketing and operations teams to support the procurement of Point of Sale Materials and display enablers e.g. half or QTR pallets.
Profile:
- Need to be comfortable with multitasking and troubleshooting issues as they arise. The candidate will have previous experience in food or beverage sales (ideally in both Home & AFH channels), shopper marketing, project management roles & should also have experience of managing distributor relationships.
- Experience working within a category leading FMCG organisation and will have developed and executed sales programs and in-store campaigns and knows what “great looks like”. The candidate should have a broad background of sales experience and should know what works and what doesn’t work to support the sales team.
- Have project management experience and be able to demonstrate examples of turning ideas into activations with positive ROI examples. Have experience working with project management tools such as Gantt charts and budget management
- Language knowledge: English fluent
