What you bring:
- A degree in Finance or Accounting with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in controlling, reporting, finance, and cost accounting.
- A Qualified Accountant Certificate
- Strong knowledge of local GAAP/IFRS and proficiency in SAP.
- Experience with international accounting principles IFRS/IAS
- Excellent analytical skills and fluency in English and Bosnian
- A proactive, engaging leadership style with outstanding communication abilities
