National Corporate Account Manager 

The National Corporate Account Manager (NCAM) collaborates with the National Account Manager (NAM) to develop and implement the strategic growth plan for the designated customer(s) The NCAM is responsible for assisting to drive account revenue growth, profitability, and the adoption of ResMed solutions The NCAM is a key customer contact and works with the NAM to provide the ResMed sales team with direction, leadership, and communication regarding the designated account(s). 

Let’s talk about the role: 

  • The primary objective of the National Corporate Account Manager is to collaborate with the National Account Manager to support initiatives at a regional leadership level within the assigned account. 

  • Works with NAM to develop sales goals for each account and reports on sales trends. 

  • Drive key Resmed sales initiatives with regional/local management of assigned account/s 

  • Work in conjunction with the field sales/sales support teams to uphold consistency, align, and execute strategic directives 

  • Generate and analyze intelligence necessary to communicate direction and leadership to the sales teams 

  • Elicit feedback on customer/market needs 

  • Excellence in all forms of communication, including video and web conferencing 

  • Establish, visit, and preserve an active network of both internal and external customers 

  • Maintain knowledge of reimbursement environments affecting customer product lines, including non-ResMed services 

  • Other duties as assigned 

Let’s talk about you: 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce.com 

  • Ability to effectively analyze sales figures and provide accurate sales forecasting 

  • Ability to read, research, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations. 

  • Ability to write reports and professional business correspondence.

  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 

  • Strong negotiation skills. 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience 

  • A minimum of 10 years of successful outside sales performance in a business-to-business sale is required 

  • Prior top-ranked Medical / Business-to-Business Sales  

  • Motivated individual with demonstrated execution and results focus and accountability for continuous self-improvement along with an ability to act with a sense of urgency in all pursuits 

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office - emphasis on Excel & PowerPoint 

  • Comfortable with 75% Travel 

*Residency near the assigned geography is preferred but not mandatory.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $112,000.00 - $140,000.00 - $168,000.00 USD Annual USD.
