Summary:
In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor and trusted consultant to clients, helping them maximize the value of the Envi application. You will manage client relationships with a focus on retention, growth, system adoption, and measurable business outcomes. You will guide process implementation, data acquisition and cleansing, utilization and workflow analysis, training, reporting, and business reviews to help clients achieve sustainable value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned national accounts with a focus on client retention, relationship development, growth opportunities, system adoption, and overall account health.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication, strategic consultation, utilization reviews, training, and business reviews.
- Advise clients on application functionality, process improvements, data management, and best practices to increase adoption and operational value.
- Lead implementation of new processes, workflows, and system capabilities, including planning, communication, training, and follow-up.
- Guide clients through data acquisition, cleansing, analysis, and ongoing data integrity initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports, utilization reviews, account plans, and business reviews that demonstrate progress, identify risks, and communicate value.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to address client needs, develop account strategies, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate solutions.
- Manage client system requests by documenting requirements, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and communicating status through resolution.
- Deliver training and educational resources that promote effective system use, process consistency, and long-term client self-sufficiency.
- Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve client risks and concerns while maintaining timely communication and appropriate follow-through.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Healthcare supply chain experience required; acute care experience preferred.
- Experience managing complex client accounts, strengthening relationships, supporting retention, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience consulting with and delivering training to executive, operational, clinical, and supply chain audiences; experience engaging C-level executives preferred.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including experience analyzing large datasets and developing data-driven utilization reports and business reviews.
- Strong analytical, communication, presentation, strategic planning, organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Experience with GPOs, SaaS, healthcare technology, or Envi systems preferred.
- Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
