The role and team:
Logitech is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded National Account Manager to join our high-performing Consumer Sales team in Sydney.

This role represents an outstanding opportunity to manage one of Australia’s most influential retail or e-commerce partnerships within a globally recognised technology brand known for innovation, category leadership and premium consumer experiences.

Reporting to the Head of Consumer, you will lead the strategic development, commercial performance and execution of a major national account across the Australian market. You will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, increasing market share, optimising profitability, and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, analytical capability and executional excellence, with responsibility across joint business planning, forecasting, promotional strategy, category development, investment management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly Joint Business Plans aligned to customer and Logitech growth objectives

  • Drive revenue growth, market share and profitability across assigned accounts

  • Lead promotional planning, forecasting and sell-through execution to maximise commercial outcomes

  • Manage trade investment and promotional spend to deliver strong ROI and financial discipline

  • Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders across buying, category, marketing and operations teams

  • Analyse sales performance, market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and risks

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to deliver best-in-class execution

  • Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting and business reviews to internal and external stakeholders

  • Monitor competitive activity and broader industry trends to inform commercial strategy

  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across account management disciplines

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:

  • 5+ years’ experience in National Account Management within retail, consumer electronics, FMCG or a related industry

  • Strong analytical and forecasting capability essential

  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasting and profitability

  • Highly developed analytical capability with advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at multiple stakeholder levels

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Self-motivated, highly organised and results-oriented

  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-performance environments
