We are seeking a driven National Account Manager to join our team dedicated to expanding Logitech’s B2B Channel presence. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our partner strategy—designing impactful sell-in/sell-out programs, conducting deep-dive business analysis, and managing your own dedicated partner portfolio. The Role

  • Build and implement a channel development and revenue plan consistent with overall revenue and growth targets

  • Spearhead the joint Logitech and channel value proposition with Partner Peering—coordinating resources, including Sales Leadership, Channel Marketing and Services as needed.

  • Execute and coordinate training on new products and solution sets for partners

  • Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordinating the marketing budget, and Logitech channel marketing programs.

  • Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with channel partners, and coordinate partner engagement and sales activities with regional sales managers.

  • Prepare a strategic blueprint and own a joint business plan for each focus partner and conduct and lead quarterly reviews.

  • Be comfortable managing existing partnerships, as well as recruiting and onboarding new partners.

  • Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across account management disciplines

  • Know the channel partner's strategy and be viewed and treated as a trusted and highly valued resource.

  • Generate insights relative to market trends and the competitive landscape for the business

  • Conduct weekly activity management, pipeline, and forecast reviews across all products.

  • Strategic Account Planning to ensure partner compliance for growth acceleration.

  • Collaborate with channel marketing on marketing initiatives that will generate new business opportunities.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including stellar storytelling and presentation abilities.
