Reporting directly to our Head of Grocery, you will be responsible for managing Coles business for Flora Food Group, Costco and Export. Your core function will include all aspects of account management; managing customer P&L, work closely with VRPs to manage the monthly replenishment vs targets, lead retailer's category reviews, customer management, managing promotional programs, plan and execute retailer marketing activity aligned to JBP, contribute to forecasting as part of S&OP process.
Full time role – 3 days in the office

About you
Are you an experienced National Account Executive/Manager looking for a business leading the charge on a food revolution? Then this is the role for you!
Previous National Account experience within the FMCG Industry on Coles or Woolworths, approx 2 years
Degree qualified in business / finance or related field would be ideal

Main Responsibilities
Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
- Keep a close track of weekly sales to ensure targets are met and have a plan B to ensure financial targets are met on a monthly/ quarter and yearly basis
- Reviewing our sales forecast and aligning with our Demand planning and Retailer in Monthly collaboration meetings
- Work with planning on a 18 months rolling forecast with the accuracy of at least 85% for your account
- Ensure all promotions are locked in to the tactics in internal clash grid and Retailers promotional schedule
- Have a good understanding of Coles promotional program and process – PAFS submission, price rules and value programs
- Plan and lead Range Reviews for Coles and Costco. Ensure that the objectives of Range reviews are in line with the Shopper need, Category need and Business priorities
- Work with Category on new lines launch plans – forecasting and go to market
- Check Scan weekly and share insights with sales and category team
- Building strong business relationships with key stakeholders, through effective planning, and communication
- Delivery of internal KPI's, including market share, category and sales performance measures, and Customer Business Plan metrics
- Retailer Partnership – deliver to aligned JBP
Internal Relationships:
- Work very closely with Supply/Finance and marketing teams to ensure the Voice of customer is integral in all aspects of decision making
- Executes flawless launches of new innovation inside your accounts
- Works closely with Head of Grocery of key strategies and initiatives for sales growth
- Assist in gathering intel on the market to help with further planning
