NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

OUR ROLE

Fiskars Group is hiring for our next National Account Manager to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas. In this role, you will be responsible for generating growth of our Business Area (BA) Fiskars, focusing on our outdoor tools and products. As we celebrate 375 years of quality, functionality, and sustainability, you will leverage your understanding of our customers' priorities, needs, and challenges to ensure we are their partner of choice and help us win in this crucial market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP

Responsibilities:

• Build account relationships and generate profitable business directly with customers and rep. groups, understanding key decision makers are and what it takes to win
• Analyze sales data and provide accurate forecasting to ensure operational efficiency and high levels of service
• Provide appropriate sales planning and coordination by working with marketing and NPD in order to create comprehensive sales plans and proposals that sell profitably for key customers and rep. groups
• Manage expenses, as well as account administration, to ensure that internal and external resources are utilized accordingly to develop and strengthen relationships directly with key customers and rep groups
• Coordinate and attend sales shows to create awareness and develop sales opportunities in key strategic channels to ensure that Fiskars is viewed as a leader in the market and a desired partner

WHO YOU ARE

• 5-7 years of progressive selling experience in CPG with major retail accounts, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets for key accounts
• Outstanding interpersonal skills - you have a strong customer focus and can leverage internal resources as needed to close the deal
• Excellent analytical and planning skills to keep updated on performance and develop opportunities for BA Fiskars
