The National Account Manager (NAM), Compass Group, plays a key role in supporting and growing Red Bull's partnership across Compass Group's foodservice sectors. Working closely with the Sr. Manager, Compass Group, this individual helps drive Red Bull's strategic priorities by developing and executing sector-specific business plans, identifying new opportunities for growth, and building strong relationships with stakeholders across the Compass organization.
This role is responsible for supporting national initiatives, enhancing sector programming strategies, and helping expand Red Bull's presence across Compass sectors through both vertical and horizontal distribution opportunities. The NAM will collaborate with a wide range of internal partners, including Field Sales, On Premise Key Account, On Premise Distribution, and On Premise Marketing teams to align efforts, deliver value to customers, and achieve shared business objectives.

Job DescriptionNATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Builds and strengthen strategic relationships across Compass Group sector stakeholders to accelerate growth and advance shared business objectives
Supports joint business planning and execution to drive volume, distribution, visibility, and market share growth
Influences customer decision-making through data-driven insights, business reviews, and strategic recommendations
Identifies and execute high-impact opportunities that enhance Red Bull's share position and performance within Compass Group
Drives accountability and alignment through ongoing business reviews, performance evaluation, and action planning
Represents Red Bull in key customer and industry forums & events to strengthen relationships and unlock new growth opportunities
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP
Collaborates with Distribution, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Analytics and Category teams for total On Premise support of Compass Group sectors
Communicates with key stakeholders within the Regions to drive execution and to provide and receive account and program feedback
Conducts regular reviews with Region leadership, RAMs and Sr. Manager, Compass to view program results and plans
CATEGORY LEADERSHIP
Leads efforts to establish key category priorities directly with sectors and positions Red Bull as a top-tier partner
Helps develop category insights and support channel execution
Identifies and shares best practices to win new customers and stand out from competitors
BUSINESS REVIEWS & REPORTING
Tracks monthly sales volumes and analyzes internal and external reports to mitigate gaps
Conducts quarterly sales and financial target reviews, including competitive analysis
Evaluates post-promotion effectiveness to optimize future investments
Oversees account budgets with a focus on ROI and cost efficiency
Qualifications5-7 years of experience within FMC account management or marketing strategy, preferably with experience leading strategic planning across teams
Experience in beverage or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industries preferred
Strong ability to translate category insights into operational success
Strong analytical skills and experience using internal and external data sources/insights
Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and active listening skills
Advanced strategic thinking, planning, financial management, decision-making, sales presentation, & negotiation skills
Innovative, solution-oriented mindset and ability to drive collaboration across diverse functional groups to achieve goals

Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $124,000 - 186,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
