About this role

  • Own and deliver profitable growth across a portfolio of On Premise customers, leading execution of customer strategy and Joint Business Planning (JBP) outcomes.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, owning relationships with customer buying, category, procurement, marketing and operational stakeholders, and leading the sell-in, negotiation and delivery of commercial plans that achieve NSV, volume, margin and trade and A&P investment targets.
  • Provide customer and channel insight into the Joint Business Planning (JBP) process, contributing to plan development, and take full accountability for execution and delivery of agreed plans within customer venues.
  • Lead customer-level commercial negotiations, including ownership of RFP processes within assigned accounts, developing pipeline opportunities and managing contract renewals to drive sustainable growth.
  • Accountable for execution of pricing, promotional, pouring rights, visibility and activation strategies, working with cross-functional teams to land triple win outcomes (Diageo, Customer, Consumer) in market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Provide input into customer strategy and Joint Business Planning (JBP), contributing insights and opportunities, and own execution and delivery of agreed plans across On Trade customers.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, owning relationships with customer buying, category and operational stakeholders, and leading sell-in, negotiation and execution of commercial plans and agreements.
  • Lead customer-level commercial negotiations and growth activity, including managing contract renewals, supporting RFP processes and developing pipeline opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Implement pricing, promotional, pouring rights and commercial agreements, delivering Diageo and customer revenue, margin and growth objectives, and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
  • Drive execution excellence across venues, partnering with state and field teams to deliver visibility, distribution, activation and brand standards, while tracking performance and driving course correction.

The required qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or related field
  • 6-8+ years in FMCG / Liquor / Hospitality / Sales
  • Experience managing On Premise or hospitality customer relationships
  • Strong experience in RFP & JBP processes, negotiation and commercial execution
  • Experience in activation, events, visibility and venue execution
  • Strong commercial acumen across pricing, trade investment and customer profitability
  • Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders and external customers
