International FMCG PZ Cussons currently has an exciting opportunity for a National Account Manager to join our Commercial team in a key role, working with market leading brands.

The Role

A great opportunity to join this high performing Commercial team - you will report to the National Business Manager – WW, NZ and eCommerce. This role will be instrumental in PZC delivering on its’ exciting commitments for 2025 and beyond.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for:

End to end account management of the Woolworths customer relationship including pricing, promotions, execution, category management, NPD and distribution
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Woolworths and key internal stakeholders
Contributing to the development of business strategies
Delivering consistent market share growth and achieving monthly sales and margin targets
Forecasting, planning and trade spend management
Growing and optimising the distribution of new & existing PZ products within the Australian market

To be successful in the role:

You will be an ambitious and driven team player, with excellent sales, negotiation and influencing skills. Your previous years’ experience have ideally been spent in an FMCG organisation in Account Management roles and you are now looking to put your proven leadership skills to the test in this critical role.

You will ideally have:

· Strong corporate customer experience and a proven track record of over-delivering

· Superior account management skills or passion

· A proven track record of delivering against stretch sales targets

· The desire and willingness to challenge the status quo

· Passion, commitment and drive to achieve results

· Experience within FMCG or similar industry would be highly desirable

· You must thrive working in a team, and within the B.E.S.T. Values

Degree Qualification in Business or Finance desirable.
