About The Role:

As the National Account Manager (Walmart) at Feastables, you will take on a critical role in propelling Feastables’ success within one of the largest retail segments in the world. Leveraging your deep industry knowledge and strategic prowess, you will focus on nurturing and expanding our partnership with Walmart, ensuring that our strategies are perfectly aligned with their retail ecosystem and our broader business goals.

In this role, you’ll employ a blend of strategic foresight and hands-on execution to broaden Feastables’ market presence through Walmart. You will make key decisions and execute strategies that will position Feastables as a leader in the snack industry, driving significant growth and setting new benchmarks in retail partnership management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand Feastables’ presence and market share within Walmart, ensuring our products are optimally positioned to capture consumer interest
  • Tailor sales and marketing strategies to align with Walmart’s specific retail environment and Feastables’ overarching brand strategy
  • Build and fortify relationships with key stakeholders at Walmart, ensuring collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Work closely with the Marketing, Innovation, and Strategy teams to ensure a unified brand message and product synergy in Walmart’s retail settings
  • Proactively leverage industry trends and consumer insights to inform strategic planning and decision-making
  • Set and exceed ambitious sales targets by employing data-driven insights and strategic foresight in planning and execution
  • Ensure compliance with Walmart’s operational standards and requirements, while advocating for Feastables’ brand values and objectives

Recipe For Success:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales within the CPG industry, with a significant focus on managing national retail accounts, specifically with Walmart 
  • A proven track record of leading sales initiatives that significantly enhance retail partnerships and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in leading and stewarding successful customer joint business plans
  • Comprehensive understanding of the large-format retail landscape, particularly Walmart’s operational and consumer purchasing behaviors
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing market trends and consumer data to inform effective sales strategies
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers at Walmart
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, adept at engaging and persuading high-level stakeholders in complex discussions
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a proactive and strategic approach to sales management
  • A genuine passion for the CPG sector, with a keen interest in leveraging social media and other digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement
