One Park Dominicana (“OPD”) is looking for successful, energetic, and goal-oriented inside sales professionals to join our growing team. You will be building lasting relationships with small business owners through fielding inbound calls, outbound follow up, texts, and emails. The ability to initiate and cultivate relationships, develop instant rapport, ask open-ended questions (and listen to the answers), manage a pipeline, and work your book of business are keys to success.
Our National Account Executives love working here for the uncapped commission plan and the satisfaction they feel working together with our merchants, using the acquisition of capital to solve their businesses' most urgent problems.
- Previous outbound sales experience
- Advanced Spanish/English required
- Effective communication skills
- Previous Call Center experience
- Schedule: 9 AM - 7 PM from Monday through Friday
- Disponibility of one Saturday every month
- Aggressive Commission Plan with no cap
- US$500.00 Guaranteed Commissions for 3 months
- Free private medical insurance
- Salary: DOP$145,000 Avg Salary Monthly
