Developing and Executing Commercial Plans: You will work closely with the Senior National Account Manager to execute the promotional strategy for Sainsbury's in-store, leveraging insights and analytics to drive growth. You'll lead the Sainsbury's online strategy and work closely with the online team to maximize performance using category data, whilst also managing the online budget and ensuring optimal launches of all NPD. Additionally, you'll have full ownership of the trading relationship, promotional plan, and JBP negotiations for Booths, and build a similar relationship with M&S, although in the earlier stages.
Working Collaboratively and Sharing Insights: You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including sales finance, shopper marketing and the broader commercial team to identify opportunities to drive mutual growth. You'll lead and participate in key routines such as online performance reviews, monthly account reviews, and promotional reviews, sharing insights and best practices to inform commercial decisions and optimize performance.
