The Kraft Heinz Trainee Program
This Program is designed to grow the future enterprise leaders. We are looking for high-performing, ambitious, and creative individuals who are ready to lead the future of food and beverages. Throughout the program, Trainees will hone their understanding of our business through commercial rotations, collaborate across the business to grow our iconic brands, and learn how to build their own legacy.

You'll then experience a business placement in a field different to your project. After the 12-month program, Trainees will be placed into various functions where they can add immediate value.
Throughout the program, Trainees can also expect regular opportunities to meet with our Global leaders; receive mentorship from previous trainees; collaborate with trainees around the world; and enrol in learning experiences to grow as leaders.
